WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College
Station met at its regular meeting on September 13,
1990;
WHEREAS, the City Council considered the request
for interagency participation in the Brazos Valley
Narcotics Trafficking Task Force;
WHEREAS, financial participation would authorize
the total funding of $468,609.00 with a matching grant
from the State of Texas Criminal Justice Division; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously voiced
its support of the program and College Station partici-
pation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is
hereby authorized to execute the Interagency Agreement
for participation in the Brazos Valley Narcotics
Trafficking Task Force.
PASSED and APPROVED this the 13th day of Septem-
ber, 1990.
