AN RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COMPLETION OF THE ACQUISITION OF
A 9.33 ACRE TRACT OF LAND IN THE S.W. ROBERTSON LEAGUE FROM
ROYCE M. BORDMAN AND BARBARA BORDMAN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND
MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION LINES
AND AN ELECTRIC SUBSTATION AND ACCESS.
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of September, 1990, the City Council
met in its regular meeting and considered a proposal to pur-
chase from Royce M. Bordman and Barbara Bordman a 9.33 acre
tract of land in the S.W. Robertson League for the construc-
tion and maintenance of electric transmission and distribution
lines and an electric substation and access.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF COLLEGE STATION THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized
to complete the acquisition for the City of a 9.33 acre tract
of land in the S.W. Robertson League from Royce M. Bordman and
Barbara Bordman for the construction and maintenance of elec-
tric transmission and distribution lines and an electric sub-
station and access.
PASSED and APPROVED this 27th day of September, 1990.
