WHEREAS, on the 28th day of June, 1990 the city Council met
at its regular meeting;
WHEREAS, on that date the City Council considered whether ar
application should be made to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas
for the holding of securities in joint safekeeping with NCNB
Texas National Bank; and
WHEREAS, on that date the City Council determined that it is
advisable for the City Council to authorize the Director of
Finance to make such application to the Federal Reserve Bank of
Dallas for the joint safekeeping of securities.
NOW THEREFORE, the Director of Finance of the City of
College Station is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to make application to and designate the Federal
Reserve Bank of Dallas as the holder, pursuant to a joint
safekeeping agreement, of securities in the amount of
$2,000,000.00 which sum may be changed from time to time, on
behalf of NCNB Texas National Bank and the City of College Sta-
tion.
