CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING
THURSDAY, NAY 10, 1990
5:30 P.M.

&,enda Item No. X - Presentation of Service Plaques to City
Councilmembers.
Mayor Ringer awarded Shannon Maloney, Student Government Liaison, who
served from 1988-1990.
Mayor Ringer presented service plaques to Councilman Vernon Schneider,
Place 4, Councilman Dick Birdwell, Place 2, and Councilman Dick
Haddox, Place 6, and Mayor Larry Ringer for their two years of service
on the Council.
agenda Item No. 2 - Oath of Office. Presentation of Certificates of
Election.
With City Judge Banks officiating, the oath of office was taken by
Mayor Ringer, Dick Birdwell, Place 2, Vernon Schneider, Councilman
Place 4, Nancy Crouch, Councilman Place 6. Mayor Ringer presented the
councilmembers with their Certificates of Election.
Mayor Ringer presented Mr. Dick Haddox with a special plaque
commemorating his four years of service as a City Councilman.
Agenda Item No. 3 - adjourn.
Mayor Ringer adjourned the meeting at 5:45 p.m. and invited everyone
to the reception welcoming the incoming council member, Nancy Crouch
and honoring the outgoing councilmember, Dick Haddox.
