A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITY MANAGER AND
CITY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
WITH THE BRAZOS ANIMAL SHELTER, INC., TO PARTICIPATE IN
THE ORGANIZATION, ADMINISTRATION AND COMMON USE OF A
CENTRAL ANIMAL SHELTER.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station City Council met
on the 12th day of September, 1991, and reviewed an
agreement to participate in the organization, adminis-
tration and common use of a central animal shelter;
WHEREAS, the City Council having determined that it
should enter into the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of College Station that the City Manager is
authorized to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement
with the Brazos Animal Shelter, Inc.
