P. 8oegner, as described by deed recorded in VOLUME 620, PAGE 526 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas, said 0.183 acre tract being more particularly described as folio w s: BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod set marking the south corner of the remainder of that same called 0.50 acre tract conveyed from Southside Development Company to Odessa Harris Ford, as described by deed recorded in VOLUME 111, PAGE 22 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and lying in the northwest right-of-way line of Holleman Drive. THENCE S 42' 04' 30" W - 57.61 feet with said right-of-way line to a 1/2" iron rod set for the east corner of that same tract conveyed to Lorenzo Preston, as described by deed recorded in VOLUME 444, PAGE 70 of the 'Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. THENCE N 48' 50' 26" W - 139.23 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set for corner in the southeast line of that same called 0.61 acre tract conveyed from Edward V. Hrdlicka, et ux, to Lonnie Thompson, et ux, as described by deed recorded in VOLUME 96, PAGE 221 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. THENCE N 42' 45' 07" E - 57.67 feet with an old fence line to a 3/8" iron rod found for corner at the base of a fence post and lying in the southwest line of that same 0.25 acre tract conveyed from Odessa Harris Blue to Ocie Walker, as described by deed recorded in VOLUME 893, PAGE 584 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. THENCE S 47' 44' 24" E - 40.62 feet with said fence line to a 1/2" iron rod found for angle point in said fence line. THENCE S 49' 16' 03" E - 97.94 feet with said old fence line to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 0.183 acres of land. Hrdlicka to Raymond Mitchell, as described by deed recorded in VOLUME 160, PAGE 623 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, said 0.230 acre tract being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at'a 1" iron pipe found for the PLACE OF BEGINNING, lying in the common northwest line of that same called 4.634 acre tract conveyed from Birdie H. Briscoe, et al, to Corpus Christi National Bank, Trustee, as described by deed recorded in VOLUME 454, PAGE 157 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and the southeast line of that same 16.756 acre tract conveyed from Southgate Limited to Southgate Limited Partnership ~s described by deed recorded in VOLUME 641, PAGE 643 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas. THENCE S 30' 05' 57" E .- 50.11 feet with the common line between said called 0.24 acre tract and said 4.634 acre tract to a 1" iron pipe found for corner. THENCE S 60' 36' 51" W - 199.94 feet to a PK nail set for corner in the northeast right-of-way line of Wellborn Road. THENCE N 29' 48' 05" W - 50.01 feet with said right-of-way line to a 1/2" iron rod set for corner, and being the east corner of said 16.756 acre tract. THENCE N 60' 35' 17" E - 199.68 feet with the common line between said called 16.756 acre tract and said called 0.24 acre tract to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 0.230 acres of land.
