AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 2B BLOCK 2 COURTYARD APARTMENTS
SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE STATION, DRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM C-N
NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS TO C-3 PLANNED COMMERCIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TNE CITY COUNCIl, OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
ST&T]ON, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Count1! held a public hearing
at ?:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 14, 1987, on
rezoning certain areas w~thln the City limits:

the question of
AND, WHERBAS, the C~ty Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 2B Block 2
Courtyard Apartments Subdivtsion, College Stat~on, Brazos County,
Texas, according to plat recorded in Volume 869 Page 531 of the
Deed Records of Brszos County, Texas, from C--N Neighborhood
Business to C-3 Planned Commercial.
And, it is ordatned that said change shall become effective
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of October, 1987.
