AN O~DINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10, SECTION 2 OF THE COLLEGE STATION
CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO Ti%%FFIC CONTROL DEVICES SPECIFICALLY
DESIGNATING CITY STREETS AS SIGNED BIKE ROUTES AND OTHERS WHERE
BICYCLES ARE PROHIBITED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION:
I.
That TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE INVENTORY - SCHEDULE VI refered to in
sub-section G of Chapter 10, Section 2 is amended as attached.
II.
WHEREAS, the preservation of the general welfare of the
public necessitates immediate action, this Ordinance shall
be effective from and after the date of its passage as provided
by the Charter of the City of College Station.
