AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY SITU-
ATED IN THE COLLEGE HEIGHTS ADDITION, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STA-
TION, TEXAS:
Pursuant to an application and request flied with the City of
College Station, Texas that a public right-of-way, being an
alleyway between Lots 1 and 67.5' of Lot 12, Block B, College
Heights Addition, College Station, Brazos County, Texas, more
particularly described on the attached Exhibit No. 1, be aban-
doned and vacated, the C~ty Council of the City of College Sta-
tion hereby authorizes the Mayor and the City Secretary to exe-
cute a quitclaim deed to said right-of-way to W. T. Aycock in ex-
change for a public utility easement on said rlaht-of-way.
PASSED and APPROVED this 13th day of August, 1987.
