AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT I BLOCK 20 IN THE PONDEROSA PLACE
SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM C-I
GENERAL COMMERCIAL TO C-2 COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the Cxty Councrl held s public hearrng rn the Crty Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 28, 1987, on the question of
rezoning certarn areas within the c~ty ]imrts:
AND, WHEREAS, the Crty Councrl has determrned the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 1 Block 20,
Ponderosa Place Subdivision, College Station, Brazos County,
Texas, according to plst recorded in Volume 490 Page 169 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from C-1 General Commercial
to C-2 Commercial Industrial.
And, it rs ordained that said change shall become effective
rmmediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of May, 1987.
