AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 5.75 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LYING AND BEING
SITUATED IN THE ROBERT STEVENSON LEAGUE, A-54, ERAZOS COUNTY,
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS AND MORE BEING PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY
METES AND BOUNDS IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE FROM R-1 SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TRE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 23, 1987, on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the city limits;
AND, #HERSAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all that certain tract
or parcel of land lying and being situated in the Robert
Stevenson League, A-54, Brazos County, College Station, Texas,
and being a part of that 81.24 acre tract conveyed to Erenek Tap
Properties by Steven L. Baker, et al, by Deed recorded in Volume
636, Page 655 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas,
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the north corner of said 81.24 acre tractl
THENCE S 46°22'45" S - 431.18 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE S 43°3?'2§'' # - 310.09 feet and S 50°12'49'' # - 290.38
feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE N 43003'56" N - 404.80 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE N 44'14'53" E 575.19 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
containing 5.75 acres of land, more or less, from R-1S~ngle
Family Residential to C-1 General Commercial.
And, it ia ordained that said change shall become effective
immediately.
