RESOLUTION NO. 0 8-11- 9 4- 3.14
RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CITY COUNCIL TO AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO SUBMIT
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT HOME PROGRAM GUIDELINES,
RELATED DOCUMENTS AND CERTWICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City administers a HUD funded HOME Program; and
WHEREAS, the City must submit the HOME Program Guidelines, and
related documents and certifications in order to receive said funding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
College Station that the Mayor be authorized to execute all necessary
documents required for submission to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development and to provide such additional information as may be required.
