RESOLIY'FION NO. 0 8- '1 '1 - 9 4- 3.8
RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CITY COUNCIL TO AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO SUBMIT
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FINAL STATEMENT,
RELATED DOCUMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City administers a HUD funded Community Development
Block Grant Program; and
Wi~IEREAS, the City must submit the 1994-1995 Community Development
Block Grant Final Statement of Community Development Objectives and
Use of Funds and related documents and certifications in order to receive
said funding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
College Station that the Mayor be authorized to execute aH necessary
documents required for submission to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development and to provide such additional information as may be required.
