CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1994

COUNClLMEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Ringer, Councilmembers Hickson, Kennady,
Crouch, Schneider, Mcllhaney
COUNClLMEMBERS ABSENT: Mayor Pro-tem Brown
Agenda Item No. 1 - Call to Order.
Mayor Ringer opened the meeting at 5:06 p.m.
Agenda Item No. 2 - Closed session to discuss personnel - Sec. 551.074
A. Evaluations: City Manager, City Secretary and City Attorney
The council moved into closed session at 5:06 p.m.
Agenda Item No. 3 - Action on closed session.
The council moved back into open session at 7:01 p.m.
Councilwoman Crouch made the motion to increase the City Secretary salary by
$200.00 per month for a car allowance. The motion was seconded by Councilman
Kennady which carried unanimously, 6-0.
Councilman Hickson made the motion to increase the monthly salary of the City
Attorney by $150.00 to be allocated toward a retirement fund. The motion was
seconded by Councilman Kennady which carried unanimously, 6-0.
Councilman Schneider made the motion to increase the City Manager's annual salary
by $4,032.00. The motion was seconded by Councilman Crouch, which carried
unanimously, 6-0.
