AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 2.5832 ACRE TRACT OF LAND BEING A PART OF
3.3351 ACRE LOT 2 BLOCK ] OF ONE LINCOLN PLACE SUBDIVISION,
COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM ADMINISTRATIVE-
PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A P TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-].
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS'
WHEREAS, the City Council held a publzc hearing tn the City Ba]l
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 24, 1986 on tile question of
rezonzng certain areas within the City Lzmlts;
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has determxned the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all that certain tract
or parcel of land lying and being situated in the R~chard Cartel'
Survey Abstract No. 8 in College Statlon, Brazos County, Texas
and being part of 3.335] acre Lot 2 Block 1 of One Llncoln Place
as recorded in Volume 690, Page 175, sa~d tract of land also
being part of the same land called 13.54 acres conveyed to
Unxverslty East Joint Venture by Sylvia Pate Wil]lngham by deed
recorded In Volume 398, Page 709 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
