AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOT 2 BLOCK 12 SOUTHWOOD SECTION 26
SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS ACCORDING TO
PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 310 PAGE 687 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF
BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-I TO
COMMERCIAL-INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT C-2.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 27, 1986 on the question of
rezonlng certain areas within the City Limits:
ANDs WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 2 Block 12
Southwood Section 26 Subdivision, College Station, Brazos County,
Texas according to plat recorded in Volume 310 Page 687 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from General Commercial
District C-1 to Commercial-Industrial District C-2.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of March, 1986.
