RESOLUTION NO. 12- 1 '~ - 97 - 6- b
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN
AND IMPACT FEES FOR SERVICE AREA 97-01 IN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS.
WHEREAS, on June 11, 1992, the City Council appointed the City's planmng and Zoning
Comnnssion, as the City's Impact Fee Advisory Committee in Resolution No. 6-11-92-1.10; and
WHEREAS, as required by Section 395.058(b) of the Texas Local Government Code, the Commiitee
includes at least one represemative of the real estate, development or braiding industry who is not an
employee or official of a political subdivision or government entity; and
WHEREAS, information about the Land Use Assumptions and Capihal Improvements Plans were made
available to the public on July 11, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the Advisory Committee has reviewed and filed written comments on the Land Use
Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan for Service Area "97-0 l" on September 4, 1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, that the Land Use Assumptions ami Capital Improvements Plan for Impact Fees,
and proposed imPact fees as set out in Exhibits "A" entitled "Land Use Assumptiom and Capital
Improvements Plan, Sanitary Sewer Service Area "97-01" - Spring Creek Drainage Basin" are hereby
adopted and the service area is hereby created by the City of College Station, Texas.
PASSED and APPROVED this 1 lth day of December, 1997.
