BE iT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: WHEREAS, the Czty Council held a publzc hearing in the C~ty Hall at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 22, 1985 on the question of rezoning certain areas withxn the City Lim~ts; AND WHEREAS, the Czty Council has determined the following: To rezone or change the classification of the follow,nE tract or parcel of land lying and being sztuated in the Richard Carter Survey, A-H ~n College Station, Brazos County, Texas and being all of that 0.9894 acre tract, which is part of Lot 2H of the Courtyard Apartments Subd~visxon as recorded zn Volume 757, Page 336 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: COMMENCING: at an iron rod found marking the most easterly corner of the Courtyard Apartments Subdivision, sa~d iron rod also marking the Intersection of the northwest right-of-way line of State Hzghway No. 30 and the southwest right-of-way l~ne of Stallings Dr~ve; THENCE: S 45'42'12" W along the northwest right-of-way line of State Highway No. 30 for a dzstance of 238.67' to the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE: S 45°42'12" W continuing along said northwest rxght-of- way lxne of State Hxghway 30 for a distance of 227.59' to an iron rod found for corner, same point bezng most southern corner of Courtyard Apartments Subdivision. THENCE: N 44'17'48" W a distance of 191.00' along the southwest line of Courtyard Apartments Subdxvis~on, to an xron rod found for corner; THENCE: N 45'42'12" E a distance of 209.09' to an xron rod found for corner; THENCE: S 44°17'48'' E a distance of 20.00' to an iron rod found for corner; THENCE: N 45°42'12'* R a distance of 18.50' to a corner; Ordtnance No. 1606 Page THENCE: S 44°17'48'' E a distance of 171.00' to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 0.9894 acre of land, more or less, from Ad=~nzstratzve-Professional Dzstrict A-P to Neighborhood-Buszness District C-N.
