AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 1, 2, AND THE REMAINING PART OF LOT 3
BLOCK C COLLEGE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS
COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM DUPLEX DISTRICT R-2 TO ADMINISTRATIVE-
PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A-P.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing ~n the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 23, 1985 on the question of
rezon~ng cortsln areas within the C~ty Limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the Cttv Council has determined the followtng'
T,, rezone or change the classification of Lots 1, 2, and
remalnxng part of Lot 3 Block C College Heights Subd~vtsxon,
Brazes County, Texas, according to plat recorded in Volume 124
Page 259 of the Deed Records of Brazes County Texas, from Duplex
District R 2 to Administrative-Professional D]strict A-P.
And it xs otdsmned that said change shall becom~ effecttve
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED thms 23rd day of May, 1985.
