A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR CLEANUP OF
NORTHGATE PROMENADE AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, has received bids for
the Cleanup of Northgate Promenade; and
WHEREAS, a service contract for the Cleanup of Northgate Promenade has been signed
and completed by the Contractor; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1: That the City Council hereby approves the contract with The Sanitation
Specialist for $18,000.00 for the labor and supplies necessary to remove all trash, litter,
and debris a minimum of once daily in the Northgate Promenade area.
PART 2: That the City Council hereby finds that The Sanitation Specialist is the
lowest responsible bidder.
PART 3: That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the Northgate
Parking Fund.
PART 4:
passage.
That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its
ADOPTED this 24th day of June ., A.D. 1999.
