A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT FOR GROUND
WATER MONITORING, TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEY AND RELATED SERVICES
AND AUTHORIZiNG THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, has received a
proposal for ground water monitoring, topographical survey and related services; and
WHEREAS, a professional services contract for these services has been signed and
completed by the Contractor; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1:
That the City Council hereby approves the contract with CSC Engineering
and Environmental Consultants, Inc. for $76,040 for the provision of
ground water monitoring, topographic survey and related services.
PART 2:
That the City Council hereby finds that CSC Engineering and
Environmental Consults, Inc. is qualified and capable of providing the
services.
PART 3:
PART 4:
That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the BVSWMA
Fund Landfill Operations Budget~
That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage.
