AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4, SECTION l, SUB-SECTION F(3) OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS,
RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS FOR THE SALE OF CHRISTMAS TREES WITHIN THE
CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
That Chapter 4, Section 1, Sub-Section F(3) of the Business Code
of the City of College Station is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"SECTION F.
(3) Christmas tree sales as defined herein are exempted
from:
(a) The location requirement of five percent (5%)
or sixteen (16) spaces.
(b)
The time requirement of three (3) consecutive
days or twenty-one (21) cumulative days.
Christmas tree sales may be made during the
Christmas holiday season, November 15th
through December 25th.
(c)
Individual application requirements for employees
or agents. The applicant shall, however, provide
the City of college Station Police Department
with a list of the names and addresses of all
employees or agents who will be working at the
location. The list will be provided with the
application for the permit as required herein."
