A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, SELECTING A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR, APPROVING A
CONSULTANT CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
FOR PHASE I OF COLLEGE STATION INFLOW/INFILTRATION (I/I) REDUCTION
PROGRAM PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the selection of Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc is being recommended as the most
highly qualified provider of the consultant services for Phase I of College Station
Inflow/Infiltration (I/I) Reduction Program services; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1:
That the City Council hereby finds that Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. is
the most highly qualified provider of the consultant services for Phase I of
College Station Inflow/Infiltration (I/I) Reduction Program Project on the
basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications.
PART 2:
That the City Council hereby approves the contract with Camp Dresser &
McKee, Inc for an amount not to exceed $155,300.00 for the consulting
services related to the Phase I of College Station Inflow/Infiltration (I/I)
Reduction Program Project.
PART 3:
That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the Sewer
Revenue Bond Fund, Sewer Projects, Collection Lines, Engineering in the
amount of $155,300.00.
PART 4: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
ADOPTED this 13th day of April, A.D. 2000.
