A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, SELECTING A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR, APPROVING A
CONSULTANT CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
FOR THE PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR WATER AND
WASTEWATER FACILITIES PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the selection of Vibranalysis Engineering Corporation is being recommended as the
most highly qualified provider of the Predictive Maintenance Services for Water and Wastewater
Facilities Services; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1:
That the City Council hereby finds that Vibranalysis Engineering
Corporation is the most highly qualified provider of the consultant
services for Predictive Maintenance Services for Water and Wastewater
Facilities Project on the basis of demonstrated competence and
qualifications.

That the City Council hereby approves the contract with Vibranalysis
Engineering Corporation for an amount not to exceed $22,392.00 for the
consulting services related to the Predictive Maintenance Services for
Water and Wastewater Facilities Project.
That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the Water
Fund, Water Operations, Systems Maintenance in the amount of
$6,717.00, and the Sewer Fund, Sewer Treatment, Systems Maintenance
in the amount of $15,675.00, for a total expenditure of $22,392.00.
That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
