A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, SELECTING A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR, APPROVING A
CONSULTANT CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
FOR THE THIRD PARTY CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station, Texas, solicited proposals for the Third Party Claims
Administration Services and
WHEREAS, the selection of Hammerman and Gainer, Inc. is being recommended as the most
highly qualified provider of the Third Party Claims Administration services; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1: That the City Council hereby finds that Hammerman and Gainer, Inc. is
the most highly qualified provider of the services for Third Party Claims
Administration on the basis of demonstrated competence and
qualification.
PART 2: That the City Council hereby approves the contract with Hammerman and
Gainer, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $58,500.00 for the Third Party
Claims Administration services related to the City's Insurance Program.
PART 3: That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the Self
Insurance Fund in the amount of $58,500.00.
PART 4: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
ADOPTED this 12 day of September, A.D. 2002.
