RESOLUTION NO. 7 - 22 - 2002 - 12.2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, APPROVING AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION AND
THE CITY OF BRYAN TO PROVIDE WHOLESALE WATER AND WASTEWATER
SERVICES TO EACH OTHER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station supports cooperative efforts by the
City of College Station and the City of Bryan; and
WHEREAS, the Interlocal Agreement benefits the citizens of the City of College Station and
the City of Bryan; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
PART 1: That the City Council of College Station hereby approves the Interlocal
Agreement between the City of College Station and the City of Bryan to provide
wholesale water and wastewater services to each city.
PART 2: That the City Council of the City of College Station hereby authorizes the City
Manager to sign the Interlocal Agreement on behalf of the City of College
%law Station.
PART 3: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
ADOPTED this 22nd day of July , A.D. 2002.
