A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NUMBER ONE TO THE CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT FOR THE MUNICIPAL COURT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station, Texas, solicited bids for the construction phase of the
Municipal Court Project; and
WHEREAS, the City of College Station is making a deduction of certain items from the scope of
work;
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1: That the City Council hereby approves Change Order Number 1 in the
amount of $90,176.00 (deduct) for a revised contract price of
$2,813,107.00 for the labor, materials and equipment required for the
improvements related the Municipal Court Project.
PART 2: That the funding for this Project shall be as budgeted from the General
Government Capital Improvement Fund in the amount of $2,700,038.00;
the Municipal Court Security Fund in the amount of $35,448.00; the
Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency Fund in the amount of
$37,621.00; and the Electric Fund in the amount of $40,000.00 for a total
revised contract amount of $2,813,107.00.
PART 3: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage.
ADOPTED this 23 day of May, A.D. 2002.
