A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, APPROVING A CONSULTANT SERVICES CONTRACT AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR VIDEO OUTSOURCING.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station, Texas, solicited proposals for the provision of video
services for City Council meetings and various special events ( "video outsourcing "); and
WHEREAS, the selection of Barker Productions is being recommended as the most highly
qualified provider of the video outsourcing; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1: That the City Council hereby finds that Barker Productions is the
most highly qualified provider of the services for video
outsourcing on the basis of demonstrated competence and
qualifications.
PART 2: That the City Council hereby approves the contract with Barker
Productions for an amount not to exceed $25,200 for the services
for video outsourcing.
Sow PART 3: That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the
2002 -2003 General Fund Budget in the Public Communications &
Marketing Division.
PART 4: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage.
ADOPTED this 26 day of September, A.D. 2002.
