HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-24-2002-10.08 - Resolution - 10/24/2002 RESOLUTION NO. 10 -24- 2002 -10.08 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, APPROVING AND SETTING FEES FOR PARKS AND RECREATION ACTIVITIES. WHEREAS, the City of College Station has conducted a cost of service study to identify the full cost of service for all Parks and Recreation related facilities and services; and WHEREAS, the schedule of fees in the attached Exhibit A provides for Parks and Recreation related fees consistent with the adopted fiscal and budgetary policy; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: PART 1: That the City Council hereby approves and adopts the Parks and Recreation fee schedule attached as Exhibit A. PART 2: That the fees provided for in the attached Exhibit A shall take effect for programs beginning after January 1, 2003. The deposit will vary depending on the type and size of the tournament. In addition to the rental and deposit fees, additional fees may be assessed to the renter depending on the length and type of tournament to cover expenses incurred by the City for personnel and supplies needed to facilitate the tournament.
