A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING
DEVELOPMENT AND BUILIDNG PERMIT FEES
WHEREAS. the City Council prewously set fees by resolution for various City services,
and
WHEREAS, thc City Council believes In the sp~r)t of Intergovernmental Cooperation it is
appropriate to waive development and building permit fees for governmental entitles In
Brazos County. Texas. now. therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS
PART I
That the C~ty Council hereby approves and adopts the waiver of
development and building permit fees for governmental entwes in
Brazos County. Texas
PART 2
That th,s resolution shall become effecuve lmmedmtely upon ~ts
adoption and passage
