A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF WATER WELLS 4 & $ PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS. the City of College Station, Texas, solicited btds for the construcuon phase of the
Rehabilitation of Water Wells 4 & 5 Project, and
WHEREAS, the selection of Wemnger Water Wells, Inc. is being recommended as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction services related to Rehabilitation of Water Wells 4 & 5
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:

That the City Council hereby finds that Weisinger Water Wells, Inc. is the
lowest responsible bidder.
That the C~ty Councd hereby approves the contract with Weisinger Water
Wells, Inc tbr $113,000.00 for the total base b~d plus B~d Alternate A
That the funding for this Project shall be as budgeted from the Water
Capital Projects Fund, in the amount orS113,000 00.
That this resolvtion shall take effect immedmtely from and after its passage.
