A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
SUBORDINATING A LIEN TO THE LONG BEACH MORTGAGE COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the Ctty of College Station, Texas, has a lien m effect against 1225 and 1227
Georgia Street (Lot 13, Block 10 of the McCulloch (George) Addmonl ~n College Statmn, and
WHEREAS. the owne~ of thai property desires to sell tile property to another purchaser, and,
WHEREAS, the buyer of the property understands the hen obhgatmns and ~s wflhng to accept
those program requirements, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the C~ty Councd of the City of College Station. Texas.
PART I. That the C~ty Council hereby approves the Subordmat,on Agreement
regarding the sale and purchase of the above referenced property
PART 2 That th~s resolution shall take effect ,mmedmlely from and after its
passage
