A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS. APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE CARTER CREEK
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ("WWTP") SCREW LIFT PUMP
REPLACEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the C~ty of College Stat,on, Texas, sohclted b:ds for the construction phase of the
Carter Creek WWTP Screw Lift Replacement PI oject; and
WHEREAS, the select~on of Bryan Constructmn Company is being recommended as the lowest
respons[ble bidder for the constmctmn services related to Car~er Creek WWTP Screw L~R
Replacement Project, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the C~ty Councd of the Cny of College Station, Texas
PART I That the City Councd hereby finds that Bryan Construction Company is
the lowest respoqsible bidder
PART 2
That tile City Council hereby approves the contract w~th Bryan
Construction Company for $530,000.00 for the labor, materials and
eqmpment reqmred for the ~mprovements related tile Carter Creek
WWTP Screw L~fi Pump Replacement Project
PART 3
That the funding for thLs Project shall be as budgeted from the
Wastewater Cap:tal Projects Fund, Wastewater D~ws,on, m the
amount of $530,000 00
PART 4 That this resolutwn shall take effect ,mmedlately from and after ~ts passage
