A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, SELECTING A CONTRACTOR, APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR THE LEASE OF SOLID
WASTE FRONT-END LOADING CONTAINERS.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station, Texas, solicited bids for the lease of solid xvaste front-
end loading containers; and
WHEREAS. the selection of Texas Commercial Waste is being recommended as the lowest,
responsible bidder for the lease of solid waste front-end loading containers services; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1:
That the City Council hereby finds that Texas Commercial Waste is the
lowest, responsible bidder for the lease of solid waste from-end loading
containers.
PART 2:
That the City Council hereby approves the lease agreement with Texas
Commercial Waste for an amount not to exceed $102,600.00 for the
services related to the lease of solid waste front-end loading containers.
PART 3: That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the Sanitation
Fund in the amount of $102.600.00.
PART 4: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
ADOPTED this 26th day of July , A.D. 2001.
