Fred Brown was duly elected to city council place No. 1: that Lynn McIhaney was duly elected to city council place No. 3: and that Jim Gardner was duly elected to City council place No.5. A resolution authorizing the mayor to execute an agreement between the city of College Station and the retired senior volunteer program.
