THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION IS DESIROUS OF AUTHORIZING ITS ADMINISTEZATIVE STAFF TO REPRESENT AND ACT FOR THE CITY IN DEALING WITH THE TEXAS FOREST SERVICE CONCERNING THIS PROGRAM.
