Wright beqsted to appraise the R. B. A. lines in College Hills
Estates. ncarried.TheCounquested that a rendition card be sent to the City of
Bryan in order to render its property within the city limits of
College Station.
Motion was made by Wilcox, seconded by Orr, that the Council give
Mr. Langford full authority to confer with the O.P.A. regarding rent
control in the city limits of College Station. Motion carried.
It was agreed by the Council to meet once each month; this meeting
to be held at the City Office on the 1st Thursday following the 10th
of the month, It was also agreed to make a donation of 1 l0 to the
K. C. Service Men's Club. It was agreed to furnish the colored section
north of College Hills Estates wi th water under the same conditions which
the colored section south of the Campus was furnished.
Motion was made by Mr. Crawford, seconded by Mr. Orr, that the penalty
charged for late payment of bills be rescinded.
