Meeting of the City Council, Thursday, March 19, 1942.
Members (resents Mayor Anderson, Councilmen Lipscomb, err, �ang-
`— ford, Munson and Wilcox.
A motion was made by Mr. Langford, seconded by Mr. Lipscomb, to
defer iair. Munnerlyn's letter pertaining to the rental or office
space, until the meeting of the new Council.
On motion of Mr. Lipscomb, seconded by Mr. Orr, the following re-
solution was passed: " Legal evidence having been presented
(--) to the Council that Frank G. Anderson has purchased the Oakwood realty
Company's utilities notes from H. E. Burgess, the City is author-
ized to make future payments on the retirement of the notes to
said Frank G. Anderson".
