[ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
(haw TEXAS, APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ANNUAL PRICE AGREEMENT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SUPPLIES FROM TRI -ANIM AND
BOUNDTREE MEDICAL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, is obligated to protect the
health, safety and welfare of the population with its emergency response personnel; and
WHEREAS, Tri -anim and Boundtree Medical are authorized to perform the functions or services
contemplated by their Agreement with the City of College Station; and
WHEREAS, the City of College Station City Council approved the FY 2006 annual contract, Bid
#06 -146, for the purchase of emergency medical supplies; and
WHEREAS, the FY 2007 renewal is the first of two optional annual renewals of the FY 2006
contract; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
PART 1: That the City Council hereby approves the renewal of the annual price agreement
for the purchase of Emergency Medical Supplies from Tri -anim (P.O. 061220) for
$32,931.51 and Boundtree Medical (P.O. 061219) for $20,806.68, in a total
amount not to exceed $ 53,738.19.
PART 2: That the City Council hereby recognizes that by renewing said Agreement it is
promoting the health safety and welfare of its citizenry and the general public.
PART 3: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
ADOPTED this 19th day of November, A.D. 2007.
