AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING AN ALLEYWAY LOCATED BETWEEN LOT 9 AND LOT
10, BLOCK 3, OF THE SOUTHEAST COLLEGE PARK SUBDIVISION IN THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS.
WHEREAS, Mrs. Judith Corley filed an application with the City
Council of the City of College Station requesting that a fifteen
foot (15') alley lying between Lots 9 and 10 of Block 3 of South-
east College Park, a subdivision in the City of College Station,
be abandoned; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard the request of Mrs. Corley;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, THAT:
Pursuant to an application filed with the City of College Sta-
tion, Texas, that an alley lying between Lots 9 and 10 of Block 3
of Southeast College Park, as described in the attached Exhibit
"A", be and is hereby abandoned, and the Mayor is hereby autho-
rized to execute quitclaim deeds to the property owners of Lots 9
and 10 deeding them each one-half of the abandoned alleyway.
PASSED and APPROVED this 13th day of October, 1988.
