AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON
LOT 3, BLOCK 7, SECTION 7 OF SOUTHWOOD SUBDIVISION (1008 AR -
BOLES), COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, on August 4, 1988, the City Council of the City of Col-
lege Station, Texas, heard the request of James and Barbara
McGuirk for the abandonment of a five inch (5") strip of land
previously dedicated as a portion of a utility easement located
on Lot 3, Block 7, Section 7 of Southwood Subdivision (1008
Arboles), in the City of College Station, Brazos County, Texas;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STA-
TION, TEXAS, that the City Council of the City of College Station
hereby vacates and abandons said five inch (5") wide strip and
authorizes the Mayor of the City of College Station to execute a
quit -claim deed to James and Barbara McGuirk for the abandoned
portion of the easement.
PASSED and APPROVED this 4th day of August, 1988.

utility easement a distance of 10 00';
THENCE along the northwesterly line of said
10' wide utility easement the following

N 64' 04' 21" E a distance of 33.71' to
the POINT OF BEGINNING of encroachment;
N 64. 04' 21" E across said pool a dis-
tance of 38.72"';
THENCE along wall of said pool the following
calls"
S 63' 15' 44" W a distance of 38.7l';
N 26' 44' 12" W a distance of 0.55' to
the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing
10.6 square feet more or less lying
within sold 10' wide utility easement.

For the consideration Grantor quitclaims to Grantee all of Grant-
or's right, title, and interest In and to the property, to have
and to hold it to Grantee, Grantee's successors and assigns, for-
ever. Neither Grantor nor Grantor's successors and assigns shell
have, claim, or demand any right or title to the property or any
part of It
