AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.11 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1638, THE
ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, SPECIFICALLY
AFFECTING THE C-NG COMMERCIAL NORTHGATE ZONING DISTRICT LANDSCAPE
REQUIREMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas
held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday,
July 14, 1988, on the question of amending Ordinance No. 1638;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend Ordinance
No. 1638,
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
Amend section 7.11 by adding section 7.11.J. to read:
J. LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS: As required by P.R.C.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage
in accordance with the City Charter of the City of College
Station.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 14th day of July, 1988.
