The City Council may or may not attend the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Regular Meeting.
1. Call to order and Roll Call.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
3. Hear visitors.
4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting of March
11, 2014.
5. Presentation and discussion regarding an update on the Five -Year Comprehensive Plan
Evaluation and Appraisal Report from the Planning and Development Department.
6. Presentation and discussion of City Council assignment of Historic Preservation
Committee to be a committee of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
7. Presentation and discussion of the Parks and Recreation Department re -organization.
8. Discussion and possible action to assign parks to members of the board.
9. Discussion and possible action concerning the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board
Goal, Strategies and Measureable Outcomes for 2014.
10. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Capital Improvements
Program:
➢ Capital Improvements and Park Land Dedication Project Lists of April 2014.
> Dedications of Less than Five Acres
o Bridgewood Subdivision Phase 1 (Neighborhood Zone 13, Community Zone A)
o FS Kapchinski Subdivision Lots 12R1, 12R2, & 12R3, Block 2 (Neighborhood Zone 6, Community

The building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive services must be made at least 48 hours

11. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board Member
may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific
factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall
be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
