AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF BLOCK 1 WOODWAY WEST PHASE I
ADDITION, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM R-IA SINGLE.
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO R-4 APARTMENT/LOW DENSITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 24, 1988, on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the City limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following'
To rezone or change the classification of all of Block 1 Woodway
West Phase 1 Addition, College Station, Brazos County, Texas,
according to plat recorded in Volume 583, Page 177 of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas, from R-lA Single Family
Residential to R-4 ApartmentiLow Density.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective
immediately.
