AN ORDINANCE CHANGING COLLEGE STATION'S FISCAL YEAR F%JM
JULY 1 THROUGH JUNE 30 TO OCTOBER 1 THROUGH SEPTEMBER

WHEREAS, Section 45 of the College Station charter
stipulates that the City Council may determine
the fiscal year;
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
That the fiscal year of the City of College Station
shall be changed from the first day of July through
the last day of June to the first day of October
through the last day of September, and
That the current fiscal year (1987-1988) will be amended
to reflect a period of July 1, 1987 through
September 30, 1988.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 25th DAY OF February, 1988.
