AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 1 - 6 AND 22, BLOCK 11, BOYETT
SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM C-1
GENERAL COMMERCIAL TO C-NG COMMERCIAL NORTHGATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 28, 1988, on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the City Limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lots 1-6 and 22, Block
11, Boyett Subdivision, College Station, Brazos County, Texas,
according to W. C. Boyett Partition Map recorded in Volume 100
Page 441 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from C-1
General Commercial to C-NG Commercial Northgate.
And, it is ordained that said change shall be come effective
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of January, 1986.
