AN ORDINANCE REZONING TRACT D SECTION 2 OF THE PONDEROSA
PLACE SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS
FROM R-5 APARTMENT/MEDIUM DENSITY TO A-P ADMINISTRATIVE -
PROFESSIONAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS=
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City
Hall at 7:00 P.M. on April 12, 1990, on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the City limits:
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following~
To rezone or change the classification of Tract D Section 2
of the Ponderosa Place Subdivision, College Station, Brazos
County, Texas, according to plat recorded in Volume 669 Page
651 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from R-5
Apartment/Medium Density to A-P Administrative Professional.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of April, 1990.
