AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 12, 13 & 14 BLOCK A COLLEGE
HEIGHTS ADDITION SUBDIVISION, COLL~GE STATION, BRAZOS
COUNTY, TEXAS FROM A-P ADMINISTRATIVE-PROFESSIONAL TO C-1
GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City
Hall at 7:00 P.M. on December 14, 1989, and on January 11,
1990, on the question of rezonina certain areas within the
City limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lots 12, 13
& 14 Block A College Heights Addition subdivision, college
Station, Brazos County, Texas, according to plat recorded In
Volume 124 Page 259 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, from A-P Administrative-Professional to C- 1 General
Commercial.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective
Immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this llth day of January, 1990.
