AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS BY DELETING SECTION 7
OF THE DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION THAT:
I.
That Chapter 11, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
College Station is hereby amended by repealing section 7.
II.
Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance be declared unconstitutional or
invalid for any purpose, the remainder of this ordinance
shall not be affected thereby.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are superseded to the extent of the conflict only.
IV.
And, it is ordained that this Ordinance shall become
effective on all invoices submitted by the City of College
Station to users on or after October 1, 1989.
