AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 9.3 NUMBER OF OFF-STREET PARKING
SPACES REQUIRED. OF ORDINANCE NO. 1638, THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR
THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION. SPECIFICALLY AFFECTING PARKING
REQUIREMENTS FOR MOTION PICTURE HOUSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station. Texas
held a public hearing :n the City Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
February 9. 1989, on the question of revising section 9.3 of
Ordinance No. 1638 relative to notion picture house parking;
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to revise section
9.3 of Ordinance No. 1638 relative to motion picture house
parking;
THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION. TEXAS:
Revise section 9.3 of Ordinance No
